right to correction - if we process your personal data that is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it at any time, and if it is incomplete, you have the right to complete it;

right to deletion - you have the right to ask us to delete personal data relating to you if we have illegally processed them or if personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose of processing or similar. Please take into account that there are reasons that prevent immediate deletion, for example, in order to establish, realize or defend legal claims, which we will inform you about in detail in relation to each individual claim;

the right to restriction of processing – you can ask us to restrict the processing of your data: if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data during the period that allows us to verify the accuracy of that data; if the processing is unlawful, but you object to the deletion and instead request a restriction of the use of that data; if we no longer need the data for processing purposes, but you request it for the purpose of establishing, exercising and defending legal claims; if you objected to the processing; the right to data portability - you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another controller, if the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means; right to object - you can object to the processing of your personal data at any time, if the processing is based on our legitimate interests, including creating a profile or if we process your data for direct marketing purposes;

the right to complain - if you believe that by processing your personal data we have violated the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data or other regulations related to the protection of personal data, please contact us to clarify disputed issues;

right to withdraw consent - when processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, provided that this does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on consent before it was withdrawn, and you can withdraw consent by informing notify noh.ai in writing: via the email address listed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

the right to compensation for damages – if you have suffered (non)property damage due to a violation of the relevant legal provisions, you have the right to compensation for the damage suffered.

We will respond to your request within a reasonable time, and at the latest within one month from the date of receipt of the request, unless a longer period of time has been requested, in which case the same period may not exceed 2 months.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency, Martićeva 14, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr, if you suspect a violation in the process of processing your personal data.
